Tickets

4x4 Friday heeft als thema: Tickets. Die stempel had ik in Zeist gekocht en nog niet gebruikt... Plaatje van internet gehaald en ingekleurd met chalks. Heb geen fixeerspul in huis, dus hopelijk blijft het een beetje zitten. Ticketstempel is van Invoke Arts en de achtergrondstempel van Stampington. Randje geknipt met een fotorandschaar.

4x4 Friday's theme is Tickets. I bought that stamp in Zeist a couple of weeks ago and didn't use it until now... Picture off the internet and colored with chalks. I have no fixative at home, so I hope it stays on a little while. Ticketstamp is from Invoke Arts and the backgroundstamp is from Stampington. Cut the border with a photoborderscissor (not sure if that is the correct word LOL).

Op 4x4Friday is het thema deze week Fairy. Ik moest nog een kaart maken met een Spin & Splash achtergrond voor de Thema Partner Swap van deze maand, dus heb ik dit er van gemaakt. De jongen is een ontwerp van Sija Teijgeler voor Art Journey, de vleugeltjes zijn van een Hero Arts vlindersetje, de tekst is ook van Hero Arts en de achtergrondswirls zijn van Impression Obsession.

This weeks theme on 4x4 Friday is Fairy. I needed to make a card with a Spin & Splash background for the Theme Partner Swap, so this is what I made. The boy is a design from Sija Teijgeler for Art Journey, the wings are from a Hero Arts butterfly set, the text is also from Hero Arts and the backgroundswirls are from Impression Obsession.

4x4 Friday Pets

Vandaag is het thema op 4x4 Friday Pets. Ik ben dol op katten, dus dat komt mooi uit. Bovendien zit er nog iemand van de Stempelgroep (die ook dol is op katten) te wachten op een verjaardagskaart. Achtergrond met de distress-techniek gedaan. Stempels van Art Journey en de kat is dacht ik van Cherry Pie.

Today's theme on 4x4 Friday is Pets. I love cats, so that's a good thing. Also there's someone waiting for a birthdaycard from the Stampinggroup (she also loves cats). Background made with distress-technique. Stamps are from Art Journey and I think the cat is from Cherry Pie.

Did you see Alice?

Deze grappige mannetjes zijn de enige stempels die ik heb voor het thema Alice in Wonderland voor de uitdaging op 4x4 Friday. De achtergrond is gemaakt met de spin & splash. Blokjes zijn met distresspoeder geembossed. De mannetjes zijn dacht ik van Non Sequitur, de blokjesstempel is van Inkadinkado en de woorden zijn gestempeld met dat superhandige alfabetsetje van K&Co.

These funny guys are the only stamps I have for the Alice in Wonderland theme on 4x4 Friday. Background is made with the Spin & Splash. Cubes are embossed with distresspowder. I think the guys are from Non Sequitur, the cubes from Inkadinkado and the words are stamped with the ever convenient alphabetset from K&Co.

4x4 Friday & Theme Thursday

Voor een collega die volgende week gaat trouwen heb ik deze kaart gemaakt. Ben ingegaan op de uitdaging op 4x4 Friday waarbij er iets met waterverf gedaan moest worden. Ook voldoet ie volgens mij aan de uitdaging op Theme Thursday waarbij je warme kleuren moest gebruiken. Het hart (Stampington) is geembost met Bridal Tinsel. Daarna met 3 kleuren geaquarelleerd. In de hoeken heb ik met Versamark de scroll van Autumn Leaves afgedrukt. Lint en de Ticket Corner Punch zijn van Stampin' Up!

For a colleague that is going to be married next week I made this card. I took the challenge on 4x4 Friday to watercolor something. It also suits the challenge on Theme Thursday where there should be used warm colors. I embossed the heart (Stampington) with Bridal Tinsel. After that I used 3 colors to watercolor. In the corners I stamped the scroll (Autumn Leaves) with Versamark. Ribbon as well as the Ticket Corner Punch are from Stampin' Up!
